Polo Molina, having guided the careers of artists including The Black-Eyed Peas, will.i.am, Fergie, Gerardo Ortiz, Joan Sebastian, Paulo Londra, Luis Coronel, Ty Dolla $ign, Tyga, and YG,  is acknowledged as a foremost pop/Latin/hip-hop music manager. As an Emmy award-winning producer, tech investor, philanthropist, and live events founder and promoter, he continues to innovate across new media platforms and entrepreneurial opportunities.

Molina played a key role in bringing together his childhood friends, will.i.am, Taboo and Apl.de.ap who became the global phenomenon: The Black Eyed Peas. With their creation –  came the formation of Grassroots Music.

Molina has contributed to multiple GRAMMY-winning recording projects, as well as being the winner of an Emmy-Award for the “Yes We Can” viral video in support of Barack Obama, with a celebrated cast including Scarlett Johansson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and John Legend. 

In the 90’s, Molina collaborated with local radio legends, The Baka Boyz, to create Cali Kings Marketing Group whose clients included Interscope, Coca-Cola, Universal, Sony, Pepsi, Capitol Records and Warner Music. By the end of that decade, Molina and friends had co-founded FreeStyle Session, an annual worldwide dance competition which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2017.

Polo Molina continues to conceive new outlets for his expertise. He advises company startups, ascending tech talent, and investments through SV ANGEL with a portfolio that includes Facebook, Pinterest, and Airbnb.  Philanthropy is and continues to be an essential part of his profile through the foundation, i.am.angel, dedicated to the progress of encouraging young minds from low-income neighborhoods of Los Angeles.  Molina has help transform lives through education, inspiration, and opportunity.  

Latin GRAMMYs Award-nominated, MTV EMA’s Award-winner, singer-songwriter and a ‘Next Generation Leader’, according to TIME Magazine, Pabllo Vittar is a Brazilian drag queen, singer and songwriter of 25 years old. In 2017, Pabllo Vittar released her debut album ‘Vai Passar Mal’ that included ‘K.O.’ and ‘Corpo Sensual’, both peaking #1 in the Brazilian market. In 2018 her second album “Não Para Não” was released and broke the record of the most streamed album on Spotify Brazil in the first 24 hours with all tracks charting on the Spotify Top 40.

Pabllo Vittar is currently the most followed drag queen on socials worldwide and also #1 on VEVO and Spotify globally. In addition, Pabllo is the first Brazilian artist to ever perform at the MTV’s Europe Music Awards. AJ “El Kallejero” Ramos is the US Latin and Latin America Artist Relations Manager at Youtube. In this role, he is responsible for courting, building and maintaining YouTube’s relationships with artists and the music industry. He works to foster artist engagement on the platform and partnering with YouTube/Google in ways that are beneficial.

Prior to YouTube, AJ spent four years at Spotify, where he led Latin Music Curation in Urban, Tropical and Christian genres. He created one of Spotify’s top playlists “Beast Mode”. AJ developed relationships and partnerships with artists like Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee, Ozuna, Anuel AA and J Balvin and more. He has done a pivotal job in educating Latin artists/communities about digital platforms, artist marketing, services, playlists, podcasts and streaming. AJ has over ten years of radio and tv experience as a Latin Music Executive, Programmer and TV and Media personality. He helped launched the first Reggaeton radio station in the United States, La Kalle 105.9 and has worked with some of the most credible communications networks including Univision, SBS, CBS, Sirius XM and Telemundo

AJ is originally from West New York, Jersey with El Salvador roots; a product of an immigrant family. He works to inspire, motivate and empower people on social media and uses his platform to push topics of mental health and down syndrome awareness.

Marlene Maseda is the owner of Fusion 4 Media, a boutique Press & Publicity company based out of Miami with International reach.  Her career in the music industry began at a very young age working for the James L. Knight Center, then NYK Productions, and as Marketing Director for Sony Discos responsible for artists such as Shakira, Alejandro Fernandez, Ricky Martin, Chayanne, Ricardo Arjona, to name a few.  Marlene was a pioneer publicist for Latin Urban Genre under Machete Music with acts such as Don Omar, Hector El Father, Wisin y Yandel, among others.  Her first press & publicity company was called Glitter Promotions, and in 2015  decided to open revamp and change the name to Fusion 4 Media.  Under Fusion 4 Media there are a variety of acts, music artists, comedian, actors, and they specialize in concert promotion.  Artists such as J. Alvarez, Miky Woodz, Jon Z, Techy Fatule, Raulin Rodriguez, Frank Reyes, Baby Rasta y Gringo,  Alexis Valdes, to mention few, form part of the roster.  Companies such as: Planet Records, NYK Productions and Chosen Few Emerald Entertainment have used the services of Marlene Maseda for over 10 years.

Ady Harley is currently Head of Label Partnerships, LATAM & US Latin for the Music Partnerships team at Facebook Inc.

In this role, he is responsible for managing the relationship with record labels for 18 territories in the Latin region, for both Facebook & Instagram.

Previously he held a variety of music-related roles at technology companies, such as Nokia, Amazon and Google Play/YouTube. Before working on the platform-side, Ady worked for labels including his own label Ether Music, based in his native London, as well as Trama (São Paulo), PIAS (London) and Sony Music (Rio de Janeiro).

Ady also used to host the first ever regular nationwide radio show dedicated to Latin music in the UK, on Radio BBC 1Xtra. His passion for radio continues today, as he hosts the Latin show ‘La Mezcla’ on London’s Worldwide FM.

Ady Harley is currently based in Miami, FL and holds a Masters in Political Science (Honors) from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
