3BALLMTY, is made up of Erick Rincon, Sheeqo Beat and DJ Otto, who despite being young men aged between 18 and 19 years old, have managed to appropriate the most demanding ears and gain credibility in the international media recognized specialists in dance music or Alternatively, such as the British newspaper The Guardian, Vice magazine, The Fader, Rolling Stone and recently appeared in Billboard magazine. They have also made official remixes and given their Ep's via internet to major labels like Mad Decent, Man Recordings of Mexside Sones.

Justino Aguila:

Justino Águila is an award-winning journalist who joined Billboard in 2011 as associate editor for Latin music and special features . He has been a staff reporter at the San Francisco Chronicle, Seattle Times, Orange County Register and the L.A. Daily News. A music critic and arts and entertainment contributor, he has also written for Time Out New York, Entertainment Weekly and CBS covering everything from the Academy Awards to the Latin Grammys. He has been awarded Associated Press and L.A. Press Club awards for his work.

Demian Bellumio:

Demian M. Bellumio is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Senzari, Inc., a personalized Internet radio service provider based in Miami, with additional presence Brazil and Spain. Previously, Demian was the founder and president of Hoodiny Entertainment Group, LLC., which developed the Cyloop Music Network to power a variety of strategic partners, including MSN Music. At Hoodiny, Demian led a talented team of engineers and creative professionals, setting the technology and strategic vision that made the company a pioneer in the International digital music space. Demian was responsible for raising over $20m in debt and equity financing and engineering the strategic sale of the business. Prior to founding Hoodiny, Demian was the vice president of corporate finance & development at Terremark Worldwide, Inc., a leading provider of Internet infrastructure services in the U.S., Latin America and Europe.

John Butcher:

John Butcher is the Vice President of Entertainment for Target. John joined Target in 1997 as a senior business analyst in merchandising and held various leadership positions within the company before he was promoted to his current role in 2010.In his role, John is responsible for managing the strategic vision and execution of the retailer’s entertainment business, which encompasses music, movies and books. His dedication to continuous innovation and strategic partnerships has contributed to incremental growth for the company and supported Target’s differentiated positioning in the marketplace. In 2012, John was named to Billboard’s Power 100 (#67), a ranking of the most powerful people in the music business. John graduated from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Operations in 1996.

Cesar Canales is vice president of Programming and Creative at Univision Radio, the leading radio network serving Hispanic America. Within his role, Mr. Canales is responsible for radio programming for the Central Region, programming strategy for San Francisco and Phoenix, the local television and radio show “Primera Plana” (simulcast on TeleFutura) and the news talk radio station WRTO-AM in Chicago. Mr. Canales oversees the Creative Solutions department that serves Univision Radio local, national and network sales. Prior to his current responsibilities, Mr. Canales worked as program director for KHOT-FM in Phoenix. He also served as production & assistant operations manager for Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation Houston, now Univision Radio Houston. Judy Cantor-Navas is the Managing Editor of Billboardenespanol.com, and a Latin music contributor to Billboard Magazine. Her past gigs include Manager of Latin and World Music for MTV Digital and Rhapsody music service, staff writer and Latin music critic for the Miami New Times, and rock and film critic for the Buenos Aires Herald. She worked for CBS Records’ four person Latin division, and started her career as a reporter on the New York City Desk of the Associated Press. Judy has created soundtracks for events and exhibitions, and won numerous writing awards, including a National Music Journalism Awards first prize, the Society of Professional Journalists' Green Eyeshade award for criticism, and an Inter American Press Association fellowship. A noted Cuban music expert and chronicler of Cuban culture on and off the island, she is the author of “Cuba on Record”. Chino & Nacho:

CHINO & NACHO are a Venezuelan Latin-urban duo with a romantic, tropical style whose debut album was released in 2008. The duo is comprised of Chino (born Jesús Alberto Miranda Pérez on November 15, 1984) and Nacho (born Miguel Ignacio Mendoza on August 22, 1983). Well established as Venezuela's top homegrown urban act, Chino & Nacho signed an international recording contract with Universal Music in November 2009 and made their stateside debut with their break-out hit "Mi Niña Bonita.” Over the course of the next several months, "Niña Bonita" rose to the top of the Billboard Latin Songs chart. Meanwhile, Universal released the full-length album “Mi Niña Bonita” (2010) on its Machete Music imprint. The album went on to spawn other International radio hits such as “Tu Angelito” and “Lo Que No Sabes Tu.” On October 18, 2011, the duo released their new studio album, Supremo, which features their new single “El Poeta” as well as appearances by Jay Sean and Luis Enrique.

Previously, he was an editor with primary responsibility for social media for Newsweek, and before that he was a writer and editor for Time magazine and of its Website, Time.com . He is a graduate of the University of Kansas, and does indeed believe that there’s no place like home.

Leila Cobo:

A classical pianist and writer, Leila Cobo is executive director of Latin content & programming for Billboard and is considered one of the country’s premiere experts in Latin music. Under her leadership, Billboard has expanded its coverage of Latin music to unprecedented levels and platforms, including the recent launch of Billboard En Espanol. Leila also programs the annual Billboard Latin Music Conference, the largest gathering of Latin music professionals in the world and launched Billboard’s new Regional Mexican Music summit. Leila is host of “Estudio Billboard,” the acclaimed new co-production between Billboard and public broadcast station V-Me. Her first novel, “Tell Me Something True,” was published on Grand Central last Fall and is now in its third printing. Her second novel, “The Finding,” will be publsihed in 2011. Leila is a Fulbright scholar from Cali, Colombia, and a graduate of the Manhattan School of Music and the Annenberg School of Communications at USC.

Tomas Cookman is the President/owner of Cookman International, a multi-platform company that includes artist management, record label, publishing and marketing. The Nuyorican-born, Los Angeles-based entrepreneur first established himself as an artist manager, working with artists such as Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Manu Chao, Tom Tom Club, La Ley and Nortec Collective, among many others.He heads Nacional Records, a successful independent label. Cookman founded the Latin Alternative Music Conference (LAMC) - now in its 13th year. On the content side, he produces "La Hora Nacional" a weekly show on MTV Tr3s and curates and hosts a 3 hour radio show every Saturday and Sunday on En Vivo ( Sirius/XM) called the "LAMC Mixtape".

Jossie Cordoba:

Jossie has recorded five successful albums each with their own musical fusions. Her newest album Todo Lo Que Siento is a unique CD with rich fusions, rhythms of bachata and merengue mambo.Her hit song “Arrepentida” is in the top 20 media charts and # 1 in the Dominican Republic. In addition to being an artist, Jossie is a savvy business woman. She is a singer, songwriter, and producer. In 2003 she founded her publishing company SongCatcher Publishing. She is the founder of JC Records LLC an independent record label to help promote new artists.

Elvis Crespo:

Danny D.:

Danny Mejía, better known to his fans as Danny Xtreme is one of urban Bachata’s most distinctive voices. His sound and style remain unique in a genre that every day succumbs more and more to the sensuality of its origins in Quisqueya and its fusion with the urban sounds of the Latin suburbs of New York. This year Danny D’s most important task at hand is the release of his first solo album under new label SpanGlish Global, to which he was signed in December of 2011. Danny D Xtreme begins a new chapter in his history and in the history of urban Bachata that is yet to be written.

Dariel:

Dariel was born June 23, 1988 in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) , then relocated to America at the age of 13. Raised in an environment that prevailed bachata, Dariel, consolidated its penchant for romantic music. His new single "Amar Asi" is the theme with which this young star is born. In the production debut, which will undoubtedly attract thousands of followers of the most popular Dominican rhythm of the last decades, Dariel add songs like "Carino Mio" "Yo Deje de Amarte” (The Battle) "Night of strokes," among many others.

Davon:

Eddy Reyes, better known as Davon, was born in Bonaire, Dominican Republic and relocated to New York at the age of 10. Davon is considered one of the largest urban artist “avant-garde "of the moment. Ahead of its time, pioneering and merging urban Anglo-Caribbean with R & B and bachata. Together with team Spanglish and collaborations from Maffio, Ricky Rick, DJ Kane, Fito Rack, among others, Davon’s album will be released in October this year with an explosive mix of sounds and rhythms without precedent. His new single "La Pared" is already in iTunes.

Jorge Diaz de Villegas:

Jorge Díaz de Villegas is a bicultural strategic communications counselor specializing in consumer marketing and brand-positioning communications. He has experience in the general U.S., Hispanic, and Latin American markets. Throughout his career he has managed marketing and communications programs involving public relations, advertising, and direct marketing as both an agency professional and corporate executive. At Fleishman-Hillard’s Miami office, Mr. Díaz de Villegas oversees all client services and is also responsible for the consumer marketing and U.S. Hispanic practices. His current clients include Procter & Gamble, UPS, Neoris, and Funny Bagels. Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, Mr. Díaz de Villegas was vice president of marketing and communications at MTV Latin America. In that capacity, he led the team that carried out all consumer and trade marketing and corporate communications efforts for the television network in Spanish-speaking Latin America.

Emilio Estefan:

Musician, producer, creator, visionary, husband, father, friend and distinguished person of the community, Emilio Estefan symbolizes and embellishes the new Latino in the world. Emilio has been instrumental in shaping, developing and directing the careers of his superstar wife, Gloria, as well as Shakira, Ricky Martin, Marc Anthony, Jon Secada, Alejandro Fernandez, Thalia, Carlos Vives, and Jennifer López, among many others. His resume includes over 30 Grammy nominations and 19 Grammy Awards. Emilio is one of the few producers that produce television events for both General Market and Hispanic Market television - The Latin Grammy’s on CBS, The Hispanic Heritage Awards on NBC and Nuestra Navidad on Univision, as well as high profile musical productions on HBO and Showtime.

Javier Farfan:

Javier Farfan, Senior Director of Cultural Branding at PepsiCo, joined PBA in June 2010 to oversee PBA’s efforts to build brands and drive volume with key cultural groups (including Hispanic, African-American, and Asian-American consumers and influencers). Javier is responsible for leading the strategy, program development, communications for these groups, working closely with brand teams across Pepsi.

Gocho:

Puerto Rican producer Jose Angel “Gocho” Torres boasts a first-class family pedigree - his grandfather owns the beloved vocal quartet Los Hispanos de Puerto Rico; his father is Rafi Torres, the legendary trombonist who has played with salsa icons like Tito Nieves and Ray Barreto; his brother, Luis Rafael Torres, is a member of the band Cultura Profética; and his aunt sings back-up for such Spanish pop luminaries as Ednita Nazario and Luis Fonsi. Although music permeated his childhood and adolescence in Carolina, Puerto Rico, the 22-year-old prodigy didn’t always plan on becoming one of the most sought-after producers in Reggaeton. At 19, he funded and executive produced his very first “various artists” Reggaeton album, MVP. He later went on to establish MVP Records with Raul Lopez and produce artists such as Divino, Angel y Khriz and co-produced both the pop and Reggaeton versions of Shakira’s mega-hit single “La Tortura.”

Victor Gonzalez:

Victor González was named President of Universal Music Latin Entertainment in July of 2011. He is based in Los Angeles, California and oversees the operations of Universal Music in the US Latin Market, Mexico and Central America which are comprised of the following labels: Machete, Universal Latino, Disa and Fonovisa. These label rosters include high-profile artists: Juanes, Enrique Iglesias, Marco Antonio Solis and Juan Gabriel; regional artists: Tigres del Norte, Espinoza Paz and Jenni Rivera, and cutting-edge performers: Wisin y Yandel, Belanova and 3BallMty. Victor is an executive with 18 years experience in the music industry.

Lily Juliano:

Lily was named National Hispanic Segment Manager for Verizon Wireless in 2008. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic development, launch and management of initiatives and programs for the Hispanic Segment. Prior to joining Verizon Wireless, she was a Director of Marketing at Poland Spring, where she lead all the strategic marketing efforts. Prior to Poland Spring, she was a partner in a search optimization firm providing online growth and retention programs for such clients such as Conair, Harley Davidson, and BMW. Her career began in the point of purchase industry, designing permanent displays for Cheseborough Ponds, Rolex, GTE, and the Olympic Committee. Lily was born in Uruguay, South America. She is realizing the American dream by having owned her own business, earning a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. A three time marathon finisher, she lives in New Jersey.

DJ Kane:

Jason Cano or DJ Kane has imposed its name as one of the most versatile artists in urban music of the late nineties. Able to interpret from a ballad to reggae in Spanish or English with equal ease, and his own colorful management. A former member of groups like Kumbia Kings and Kumbia All Starz, today, leads his own competitive career in the music industry.

Joe Kennedy:

Joe Kennedy joined Pandora in 2004 following a five-year stint at E-LOAN, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1995 to 1999, he was the Vice President of Sales, Service and Marketing for Saturn Corporation, which he grew to over $4 billion in revenue and established as the top brand for customer satisfaction in the auto industry. Joe joined the initial start-up team at Saturn, four months after its founding, as a marketing manager and held positions of increasing marketing responsibility over the course of his 11-year tenure there.Joe holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University, where he dabbled in music theory and learned to compose his own Gregorian chants. He is Pandora's resident pop music junkie. Joe has also been playing the piano for more than 30 years, most of which has been spent attempting to master Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue."

Kuuk:

Kuuk means "renewal" in the Mayan language, and is the name of the Pop/Rock Mexican band formed in 2008 by Diego Ortega (guitar and vocals), Rodrigo Ortega (drums and vocals), and Emmanuel Garduño (bass and vocals). In 2010, Luis Cardoso (violin, piano, and vocals) joined and helped the sound of the band evolve. The addition resulted in the first studio album, produced by themselves independently in 2011. Prior to joining Kuuk, the 4 members were part of the bands of other renowned artists such as Juan Gabriel, Alejandra Guzman, Ha-Ash, Belinda and Camilla, among others.

Vivien has spent the majority of the past sixteen years as a practicing attorney in the recording industry. Subsequent to her many years as an associate at the entertainment law firm of Rudolph & Beer, Vivien joined the prestigious boutique firm of Davis, Shapiro, Lewit, & Hayes as a partner in 2003. Having represented an eclectic portfolio of clients with complex and diverse needs, Vivien commands in depth knowledge of traditional music industry models, as well as those models evolving in response to the changing landscape of the trajectory of a musical artist's career in the digital age. Vivien structured and negotiated numerous multi-million dollar sponsorship, endorsement, branding, and live performance agreements with Fortune 500 companies and media outlets, including Pepsi Co., Elizabeth Arden, Samsung, HBO and Showtime.

Terri Liebler:

Terri Liebler has been part of the sports and entertainment industry for more than 20 years. As Vice President of Sales for Live Nation Entertainment’s club/theater division, she manages the integrity of sponsorship sales products for the company and its clients. Her tenure with Live Nation Entertainment spans more than 10 years from coast to coast in both premium seat and sponsorship sales. Previously, Terri was part of the management team at the NBA Seattle SuperSonics organization and has worked with the NBA San Antonio Spurs, San Antonio Alamodome and 1996 Olympic Games. She also participated in the opening and renovation of more than five major sports and entertainment venues across the country. Terri is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a BA in Speech Communications and Journalism.

Richard Lom:

Richard Lom has been promoting and producing Live events for Spanish Broadcasting System for five years and has played significant role in the growth of their Entertainment Division. He has been the Financial and Administration Director of Spanish Broadcasting System's Entertainment Division since 2008, and has recently been promoted to Director of Live Events for SBS Entertainment. His innovative dynamic pricing strategies have helped bolster the gross box office results of SBSE’s events.

Sergio Lopes:

With more than 35 years in the music industry, Sergio has previously worked with CBS Records Brazil, Sony Music Latin America and advertising agency Punto Ogilvy Advertising Latin America. Sergio currently is the SVP for Capitol Latin America.

In June of 2011, Gustavo Lopez was named Executive Vice President – Brand Partnerships/Digital US Hispanic, Mexico and Central America of Universal Music Latin Entertainment (UMLE), the world’s number one Latin music company with a commanding 50 percent share and an unparalleled success record of new artist development. Gustavo leverages his expansive knowledge as a leader in the music industry working with superstars such as Juanes, Los Tigres Del Norte, Jenni Rivera, Espinoza Paz, Enrique Iglesias, Alejandro Fernandez, David Bisbal and Wisin y Yandel while introducing the future of Latin music with the likes of 3BallMty, Chino and Nacho, Roberto Tapia and Horacio Palencia, to name a few. Lorena:

Spanish pop singer Lorena Gomez Pérez, artistically known as Lorena, was born April 12, 1986. She was the winner of TV's Spanish Language's talent search program Operación Triunfo 2006 . In 2007, her debut album, ‘Lorena’ was released under the Sony BMG label. The album was an album of personal covers of greatest hits by international artists, with two new songs also included. The album entered and peaked at number 4 of the Spanish Top 100 Albums. Lorena's third studio album was released in the spring of 2010. It was her very first full length album consisting of original compositions.

Lisa Lugo:

Lisa Lugo currently serves as Vice President of Marketing Solutions for Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company. She creates and packages new sellable live music properties and integrated marketing platforms for prospective and current brand partners including Nikon, State Farm and UPS, among others. Prior to joining Live Nation Entertainment, Lisa led youth and Hispanic marketing efforts with Young & Rubicam’s BrandBuzz and The Vidal Partnership for brands including Sunkist, Sony Electronics, L’Oreal and Heineken. Her innovative programs have received industry recognition including EFFIE®, REGGIE® and PRO™ Awards. She began her career at the NBA in sponsorship marketing, managing national promotions and events for league sponsors including Anheuser-Busch, Kellogg’s and Schick. Kury Luna:

Born January 8, 1985 in the Bronx, New York to Dominican parents, Jose Miguel Blanco better known as KURY LUNA but best described as “A Rising Star”. “LUNA” , a name that Kury holds dearly because while composing his music, the moon was his sole companion and inspiration. In the fall of 2012, Kury Luna will release his first album entitled “UN LOBO ENAMORADO”which will include original musical arrangements written and composed by him. It is a title that affirms with certainty what KURY LUNA represents: the essence of TRUE PASSION.

Maffio:

Artistically known as MAFFIO, he’s a multi-talented musical artist and producer. Born as Carlos Ariel Peralta he’s an original native of the Dominican Republic. His musical productions have been featured on radio morning shows “El Vacilon de la Manana” (NY), “El show de Enrique y Joe” (FL) and the nationally syndicated “The Luis Jimenez Show”. MAFFIO has also worked with major and independent record labels like Sony, Machete (Universal Music Group), Chosen Few Emerald Entertainment, J&N Records, among many others. Recently, he musically produced the single “Mi Alma Se Muere”, which featured heavyweights Omega and Pitbull, and was positioned for 22 weeks on the Billboard Latin Rhythm and Tropical charts. MAFFIO also produced and was featured on the official latin remix version of “Boom Boom Pow”, by the Black Eyed Peas. Maffio is also releasing his summer hit single "Botellas En La Mesa".

Juan Magan:

Juan Magan is a unique and multidisciplinary artist. Throughout his career as a producer, remixer and DJ he’s brought together the different aspects of being a composer, lyricist and singer - a breadth of abilities that’s unparalleled on the world stage. It’s the result of a career that has progressed steadily, step by step, with a lot of support through social networks that have made him a focal point in world music.

Rick Marroquin:

As an Agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), an entertainment and sports agency, Rick Marroquín provides expert insight on multicultural audiences and initiatives and develops opportunities for clients within this burgeoning marketplace. Named “Hispanic Marketer of the Year” by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and Adweek’s Marketing y Medios in 2006, Marroquín is a 15-year veteran of the Hispanic media industry with experience across all marketing disciplines, including research, strategy, advertising, media, and promotion. Prior to CAA, he was the founder and CEO of Interpublic Group’s Identity, an agency focused on multicultural marketing and media for clients such as L’Oreal Paris, Chrysler, Johnson & Johnson, and The Home Depot.

Haz Montana:

Haz Montana is Operations Manager of Univision Radio/Los Angeles, overseeing the programming operations for the radio cluster since 2005. Prior to joining Univision Radio, he was the Vice President of Programming for Entravision Communications, overseeing the programming for the company’s network and local radio stations. Mr. Montana started with Entravision as Program Director of KSSE/Los Angeles in 1998. Before coming to California, Mr. Montana worked in Miami as a Program Director for SBS. His connection to Spanish-language radio had come from his years as a programming consultant and “Mental Weapon” with Critical Mass Media; a national radio research and marketing firm. Mr. Montana attended in 2009 the Aspen Seminar for Leadership, Values and the Good Society, a leadership development program for global leaders. He is an advocate of animal rescue, and a fan of languages and different cultures. He received a B.A. in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

Kevin "Pills" Montano:

Kevin “Pills” Montano, President of Creative Media Group and Creator of The Latin Mixx Conference & Latin Mixx Awards, is a native of the Dominican Republic. Kevin is an Alumni of C.W. Post University, where he obtained his Master Degree in Education and Counseling. Kevin has been involved in marketing and promotions for 15 years. After forming The Turntable Assassins with his late cousin Jason “DJ Threat” Campbell of Hot 97, Kevin’s passion for music, and the art of DJing grew into a strong force that now consists of over 30 members throughout the US. With the loss of "DJ Threat" in 2001, Kevin created The Jason "DJ Threat" Campbell Foundation. In 2005, Kevin created The Latin Mixx Conference & Latin Mixx Awards. The Latin Mixx Conference and Awards is a premier DJ Conference.

Flavio Morales:

Flavio Morales was named SVP of Programming and Production for mun2 in January 2010. He joined the organization in February 2005 as Vice President of Programming, supervising all programming strategy and on-air content for the network. In his role, he continues to head the Programming team, with the additional role of overseeing both West Coast and East Coast Production for mun2. He is a leading member of the Senior Management team for the channel. Under Morales’ leadership, mun2’s creative content has received extensive industry recognition including a Peabody Award, validating the network’s innovative original programming strategy. Morales is recognized throughout the industry as a leader in conceptualizing programming that truly speaks to its audience, particularly in the areas of culture and music. Manuel Moran:

Manuel Moran currently serves as Vice President of Latin Programming for Live Nation Entertainment’s club/theater division. Since 2008, Manuel has brought many international acts to the U.S. including Enanitos Verdes, Hombres G, Mago de Oz, Enrique Bunbury, Julieta Venegas, Diego Torres, Zoe, Panteon Rococo, Don Omar, Andres Calamaro, Molotov, Reyli, Calle 13 and Panda, among others. He has also produced Latin music shows at marquee venues in top Hispanic DMAs including Gibson Amphitheater (Los Angeles), The Hollywood Palladium (Los Angeles), Nob Hill Masonic (San Francisco), Open Air Theatre (San Diego) and Aragon Ballroom (Chicago). Under Manuel’s leadership, Live Nation Entertainment has increased Latin music concert booking by over 50%.

Erica Moreira:

Erica Moreira began her bilingual practice at Angela Martinez, P.A, where she represented some of the world's most well-known entertainers and music producers as they entered into multimillion dollar agreements, including, various endorsement and sponsorship deals. Almost a year ago, Erica founded AMP Law, PLLC with offices in Miami and NYC. The music industry’s new reality is that brands and labels need each other more than ever. As traditional revenue streams dry up, record labels (and music publishing companies) need to work with brands and agencies to help subsidize artist’s marketing and promotional efforts. In the meantime, brands are seeking to connect with consumers on an emotional level vis a vis artist’s (and their twitter accounts). It’s a perfect marriage. Anyone need a pre-nupt?

Carlos Munoz:

Carlos is German-born, Colombian raised and a global citizen at heart. He has been a passionate advertising professional for over 20 years. During that time, he has successfully contributed to help brands grow long-term value and short-term sales in Latin America, Europe and the U.S. Carlos has handled categories that span the gamut of automotive, pharmaceutical FMCG’s and QSR’s. He has been with GlobalHue since 2007, where he has handled both Multicultural for all Chrysler Brands as well as the Jeep Total Market account. He also leads the development of partnerships for his clients and has lately been responsible for the engagement of Will.i.am, Lenny Kravitz and Chrysler.

Ricky Munoz:

It all began in Zapata, Texas, where a couple of young guys —Ricky Muñoz and René Martinez- spent their days rehearsing and daydreaming about success. Years later, that city would turn their dreams into a reality that is now known as INTOCABLE.Throughout the band’s 18-year career, its leaders Ricky and Rene, have manifested their love for “música norteña”, by creating a unique style that identifies the band. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and a graduate in Communications from La Universidad Sagrado Corazon, this young entrepreneur specializes in publicity for the entertainment and corporate industries. With over 14 years experience, Mayna broke out as Publicity Manager for BMG US LATIN where she worked six years collaborating with then-beginning artists like Pablo Montero and Alexandre Pires. Her immense passion would lead her to eventually team up with established artists like Juan Gabriel, Christina Aguilera and Diego Torress. . Throughout the last two years, she has taken charge of her own PR Firm, which has spearheaded marketing for the tribute concert Viva Puente, Ford Champions of the Community and the 2004 Ford PGA Tour at Doral. She has overseen individual publicity for the multifaceted Lucy Pereda, as well as the #1 selling reggaeton artist Daddy Yankee and the urban duo, Angel y Khriz.

N' KLABE:

Since their debut album in 2004, Salsa group N’KLABE has been entertaining audiences throughout their native Puerto Rico, United States and Latin America. By mixing a variety of urban influences with traditional tropical rhythms and classic salsa N’KLABE has rejuvenated the genre brining salsa to the next generation. They have grown over the years developing into one of the few voices keeping salsa fresh and vibrant with the objective of inspiring the youth. The group comprised of Félix “Felo” Torres, Roberto Karlo Figueroa and José Rubén “JR” Ruíz blend their distinct vocal capabilities and style reaching a whole new generation of fans.

Frankie Nino:

Frank Nino was born in Bogota, Colombia and he started his passion for music, words and melodies as a young war refugee in the mid 90's. Shortly after being rescued by amnesty international from the ongoing drug war in Colombia, Nino took music as his weapon and started telling his story. Today, he is one of the pioneers in what is said to be the first rehabilitation program for social reinsertion through music ever built within a third world federal penitentiary. Frankie jointly produced, recorded, performed and filmed several musical projects within the prison walls.

Don Omar:

Don Omar is one of the most recognized Latino artists for his success in the musical genre of Reggaetón. William Omar Landrón was born on February 10, 1978 in Puerto Rico. As of today, he is one of the most well-known figures in Latin Music. Dynamic, is the word used to describe "The King" of Reggaetón's voice. Don Omar has declared himself as a versatile artist and is the epitome of constant innovation. He's equipped with it all, in order to create a unique sound, with flow, harmony, melody and superb instrumentation--not to mention his incomparable energy and domination of the scene at every concert he offers. Don Omar is the artist with the most nominations at this year’s celebration of the "Latin Music Billboard Awards 2012", competing for 16 awards in 14 categories. This 2012, the King of urban music launches his newest production, "Don Omar Presents 'MTO2: The New Generation'". Indubitably, Don Omar continues to demonstrate that he is truly the crowned King of Reggatón.

Carlos Orjuela:

Carlos Orjuela is a Latin music promoter, producer, artist manager, booking agent, visionary, husband, father and friend. In his lengthy music industry career, Carlos has worked with superstars Jose Jose, Celia Cruz, Oscar de Leon, Jorge Celedon and Franco De Vita, among others. His resume includes the creation of new Latin music markets and placement of new Latin music genres in established markets. Carlos currently serves as national Talent Buyer of Latin Programming for Live Nation Entertainment’s club/theater division. In just the past year he has booked artists including Juan Luis Guerra, Maná, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Camila, Diego Torres, Cristian Castro and Festival Vallenato. Under Carlos’ leadership, the Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater has become a crucial stop for Latin music tours in U.S.

Delia Orjuela:

Delia Orjuela, Vice President, Latin Music, BMI, Los Angeles, oversees BMI’s Latin music department and is responsible for affiliating new songwriters and publishers, assisting writers and publishers with administration needs and serving as a liaison with the Latin music community and industry at large. Some of the many writers she has signed and worked with since joining BMI include Juanes, Pitbull, Gustavo Santaolalla, Cristian Castro, Molotov, Café Tacuba, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Chino y Nacho, Ximena Sariñana, Kinky, Espinoza Paz, Jenni Rivera, Banda el Recodo, Kalimba, Tigres del Norte, Sergio Vallin of Maná, Cesar “Vampiro” Lopez of Jaguares, amongst others. She is a member of The Latin Association of Recording Arts and Sciences (LARAS), and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University Long Beach.

Gerardo Ortiz:

From the always-evolving Regional Mexican music scene comes an imposing force who combines youth, charisma, talent and originality. A new idol for the “homeboys.” His name is Gerardo Ortiz, and he’s the máximum phenom of Regional Mexican music. His corridos are modern, with innovative arrangements and lyrics that put them way ahead of the usual fare. However, the story of his young life is as real and as amazing as his songs. And it holds clues to his explosive connection with audiences! The reason that his songs inspire such devotion among music fans is because they don’t sound like anything else that they’ve heard before. Horacio Palencia:

The multi-award winning songwriter Horacio Palencia, a native of Mazatlan Sinaloa, began his career at the young age of 16. His life began to change when Banda Santa Rosa recorded two of Palencia’s songs entitled “Ardiente amor” and “Perdona”. After winning songwriting awards from SACM, Billboard and BMI, Palencia's songs were recorded by Chavela Vargas, Banda El Recodo, Los Huracanes Del Norte, Banda Pequeños Musical, Lupillo Rivera, El Trono De México, Horoscopos de Durango and many more! Currently, Horacio Palencia is the most active songwriter among the Billboard charts and currently holds 7 songs simultaneously, 6 in Regional Mexican Genre and 1 in Tropical Genre recorded by Tito Nieves. Horacio Palancia has recently signed an exclusive recording deal with Universal Music/ Fonovisa. His debut single QUE PENSABAS is currently on radio rotation and his debut album MIS CANCIONES, USTEDES Y YO will be released this summer.

Borja Perez:

Borja Perez is responsible for all 360-degree Integrated Solutions and Multiplatform Story Telling Strategy at Telemundo Network; driving overall growth of Telemundo's Digital Media business. Perez works closely with Telemundo's Studios, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, International and Community divisions. He ensures that Telemundo’s Digital Media programs are truly integrated into the network’s growing “Original Content Strategy.” In addition, Perez is charged with identifying trends in the digital media market, seeking growth opportunities for Telemundo’s online community and delivering this audience best in breed applications, services, and programs. Recently, Perez was appointed to lead the new strategic social media unit, Social@Telemundo and digital distribution for NBC/Telemundo. Presently John is Creative Director Consultant of Live Concerts for the SBS Entertainment’s Division, integrating multimedia campaigns for concert entertainment television specials. From 1992- 2006 John co-founded HQ Productions an award winning New York City advertisement agency which produces original programming, As head creative director, John also initiated branding television campaigns for top Hispanic market radio stations in New York, Mega 97.9 FM, 93.1 Amor FM, Miami Romance 106.7, Univision radio stations WADO 1280 AM & 105.9 FM, as well as such companies as Walt Disney, Univision Networks, Clear Channel, Via Max, Playboy, and the NFL just to mention a few.

Jorge A. Plasencia is chairman and CEO of República, one of America’s fastest growing advertising, digital and communications companies. Prior to co-founding República in 2006, Jorge was the corporate vice president and operating manager of Univision Radio, where he successfully led marketing, corporate communications and public affairs. During the Latin music explosion of the late 1990s, Jorge managed marketing, publicity and corporate strategy at Estefan Enterprises, where he worked with renowned international artists such as Gloria Estefan and Shakira. He also served as the Florida Marlins’ first director of Hispanic marketing. Jorge’s long list of entrepeneurial accolades include the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s “Outstanding CEO of the Year” and the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s “Entrepeneur of the Year” awards, among others. He is an inductee of the Miami Dade College Hall of Fame.

L.L. Radio:

L.L. Radio started singing at a very young age. While in highschool, he was regularly invited to participate in musical productions because of his commanding presence. Eventually Radio joined a neighborhood R&B group and became a fixture in the Central Florida music scene. Radio then began entering singing contests, becoming a more polished performer, lyricist, dancer, and vocalist. His management eventually recorded a videotape of Radio's exciting performances, which landed the artist a recording contract. Radio is a versatile singer who switches easily between hip hop, R&B, Latin, and urban. Through his songs, he delivers beat bopping, romancing, make you dance lyrics in both Spanish and English. His song "OK" which features Pitbull and has a hip hop feel to it, while the bachata "YO BAILO PARA TI (I DANCE FOR YOU)" conveys heart break over losing a loved on to cancer. He has performed in a slew of Clubs in Florida and most recently at the Latin Grammy's after party.

Ricky Rick:

Ricardo Ruiz Perez was born on June 3, 1986 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Ricky Rick is a refreshing voice among the urban music scene. Songwriter, drummer, percussionist and performer, launched to fame as lead singer of the group Kumbia All Starz. At the end of 2011, Ricky Rick signed with SpanGlish Global as an exclusive artist with which will bear his career to the next level; with genres as diverse as electronic merengue, reggae, Jamaica and dancehall. This year, Rick will released his first solo album, with which the single "Ponte” highlights the theme of a invigorating music spectrum.

Lisa Khool-Aid Rios:

As a nationally syndicated radio personality on Pocos Pero Locos, Khool Aid has been credited with bringing Latin Hip Hop, a genre close to her heart, to mainstream popculture. Most recently Khool-Aid co-produced the drama Filly Brown starring Gina Rodriguez and Jenni Rivera. Rounding out the cast are Lou Diamond Phillips and Edward James Olmos in their first-on screen pairing since the milestone Stand and Deliver. With music as its centerpiece, Filly Brown extends a cultural initiative to a new generation. The syndicated Pocos Pero Locos is key to the onscreen drama, as the title character, a rising Latin hip-hop artist, performs on the radio show and Khool Aid lends herself on screen in a pivotal role, by playing her real-life persona. The film is scheduled for national theatrical release this fall, with soundtrack distributed by Khool Aid & E-Dub’s Silent Giant Entertainment.

Jenni Rivera:

No doubt about it the success of Jenni Rivera is more evident than ever… A career that spans 12 years (since 1999) professionally speaking (although her first recordings date to 1993), JENNI RIVERA is the leading female artist in contemporary Regional Mexican music a prominent female figure in a genre that throughout the years has had been dominated by men. A powerful voice, a distinctive style, stage presence and talent, has placed her today as the leading interpreter of Mexican music. Albert Rodriguez:

Albert Rodriguez was appointed Chief Revenue Officer of the SBS Entertainment's consolidated operations and General Manager of the Miami television market on January 3, 2011. Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for overseeing the revenue and profit performance of the Company’s consolidated operations, including radio, television, interactive and entertainment divisions, and the day-to-day operational matters of the Miami television market.

Rio Roma:

RIO ROMA is a group that carries great potential and talent; their members are complete artists from performing and writing their own songs to being involved in the arrangement and productions. Jesus Salas:

Jesus Salas began his career in the radio business at a young age, advancing quickly as a respected and successful Hispanic radio programmer. He began his career as an on-air radio personality and at 19 years of age was appointed the program director for the station. In 2004, Salas joined Univision Radio as Program Director. Two years later he accepted a national position in Washington DC with XM Satellite Radio, as Senior Program Director where he managed Latin channels Caliente (tropical), Viva (Latin pop) Aguila (Regional Mexican) and Caricia (Spanish oldies). At XM Satellite radio he spearheaded a national marketing campaign to grow the Hispanic subscriber base achieving immediate positive results.Salas currently serves as the Executive VP of Programming for Spanish Broadcasting System overseeing stations in the top U.S. Hispanic markets. In 2012, Salas was honored as the Medallas de Cortez Programmer of the year winner.

Noel Schajris:

Noel Schajris was born on July 19,1974 in Buenos Aires, Argentina but relocated to Mexico in1997. After selling over three million albums through five musical productions with "Sin Bandera", Noel Schajris reaffirmed his quality as a performer and composer with his solo album "UNO NO ES UNO". The album managed to be in the Top 10 in at least 10 Latin American countries and gained attention from different nations who gradually visited for concerts. Schajris Noel has earned respect as a songwriter and is known as one of the most important composers of recent years within the international art community.

Angelo Schipilliti:

Angelo Schipilliti has more than two decades of experience in the entertainment and disc industry. Angelo starts his professional career in EMI Latin as East Coast Director or Promotions where he worked on promoting and bringing to #1 hit artist such as Thalia, Carlos Vives, Paulina Rubio, Ricardo Montaner, among many others. His extensive experience in planning, production and execution of live events range from concert tours; working with top line artists in venues such as Madison Square Garden, Radio City music hall, Staple Center and American Airlines arena in Miami to name a few. To producing soccer matches approved by FIFA with over 46000 attendees. Being only the second time in AFA’s history to sign an agreement with an independent promoter and not with a federation.

Nir Seroussi:

Influenced by a family of gifted musicians, Seroussi grew up immersed in music from all over the world. Born and raised in Israel, Seroussi began playing the piano and guitar at a young age. He discovered Latin music during a stint at Warner Music Latina, which led to a successful career in the industry as a songwriter, producer and music executive. Seroussi is the General Manager of Sony Music Latin, where he works closely with Ricky Martin, Shakira, Vicente Fernandez, Marc Anthony, Romeo Santos, Chayanne, and many others. He has also signed and developed top-selling artists, including Gerardo Ortiz. Prior to Sony, Seroussi served as VP of Marketing and A&R at EMI Latin and General Manager at Insignia Music. As an award-winning songwriter and producer, Seroussi has collaborated with many Platinum selling acts like A.B Quintanilla and Kumbia Kings, Intocable, Ozomatli, Pepe Aguilar, Olga Tañon, Rey Ruiz, Conjunto Primavera, Reik, Peewee, OV7, among others.

Jose Serrano:

Ashley Simon focuses on entertainment partnerships for foursquare. In her role as Business Development Manager she optimizes engagement opportunities for media entities including MTV, VH1 and Conde Nast, as well as artists such as Lady Gaga, fun. and Theophilus London. Ashley came to foursquare from MTV Scratch, a creative team that partners with brands to provide consumer insights, product design, branding, and original content development across the portfolio of Viacom networks. Ashley graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis.

Elena Sotomayor:

Elena is the VP Event Marketing/Ideation/Sales with Cardenas Marketing Network. At that role, she has demonstrated leadership skills, proven success in ideation practices and a proven track record of activating sponsorships and executing national music programs for world-class brands. She is a leader in innovative thinking and ideation with the ability to quickly recognize growth and unique marketing opportunities within the entertainment and experiential marketing space. Twelve years of experience in experiential, grass root and event marketing including multi-cultural and promotional. She specialized in strategic planning, logistics, music and sports sponsorships as well as musical artist endorsements.

Ri-K Swing:

Ri-K Swing is a merengue group consisting of Richard "The Flaquito with Swing," his son "Richito", Raul Armando "The Fantastiko", and Héctor "Tito" Bonilla. Richard, Raul and Tito were partners for over ten years in the group recognized Karis that surpassed all sales expectations, both locally and internationally, both inrecord sales and in their presentations. Jose Valle:

José Valle is president of Univision Radio, a division of the premier Spanish-language media company in the United States, Univision Communications Inc. Univision Radio, the leading Spanish-language radio broadcaster in the U.S., owns and operates 70 radio stations in 16 of the top U.S. Hispanic markets and five stations in Puerto Rico. Mr. Valle oversees the expanding portfolio and operations for Univision Radio. Mr. Valle, a veteran broadcast executive, most recently served as vice president and general manager of Univision Radio Los Angeles.
