Recognition for finalists and awards will be based on actual box office performance between October 1, 2008 - September 30, 2009. In addition, Billboard will honor two individuals who have made a significant impact on the touring industry with the Legend of Live & the Humanitarian Awards. The winners will be revealed on Nov. 5, 2009 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City.
