Billboard's partnership with CTIA - The Wireless Assn. launched Sept. 26 with MECCA, the official CTIA mobile entertainment conference. The day of panels, keynotes and multi-industry co-mingling kicked off CTIA's fall Wireless I.T. and Entertainment Conference. Both events were held at San Francisco's Moscone Center, where thousands met to discuss and dissect an exploding mobile industry. The conference closed Sept. 28.
